How long does international shipping take?

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import fees?

Who handles delivery once my order ships?
International orders are shipped via USPS and handed off to your country’s local postal service for final delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
What if my package is delayed in customs?

If your package is held by customs, your local postal service may contact you for additional information or payment.

Do you accept international returns or exchanges?
At this time, international returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Why isn’t my country available for shipping?

Once an order has left the U.S. and entered the destination country, delivery timelines are managed by the local postal service.
